Shipping and delivery

This policy describes the shipping methods, delivery times and shipping costs for orders placed on Onyou.

Order preparation

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within approximately 48 working hours from order confirmation, excluding public holidays, peak periods, temporary stock unavailability or different information stated on the product page.

Preparation times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Couriers

For shipments within Italy, Onyou mainly uses PosteItaliane, BRT, GLS or SDA. For international shipments, Onyou mainly uses UPS or another suitable courier depending on the destination.

Onyou reserves the right to use different couriers when necessary to ensure proper handling of the shipment.

In-store pickup

When available at checkout, the customer may choose pickup at the Onyou store:

The customer will receive instructions when the order is ready for pickup.

Shipping rates

The shipping rates applied at checkout for the “Modello 2026” profile are as follows:

European Union €10.00 for orders from €100.00
Extra EU €19.00 for orders from €250.00
World €25.00 for orders from €500.00

The destinations actually available are shown at checkout. Some countries, remote areas or destinations subject to logistics or customs restrictions may not be served or may require longer delivery times.

Estimated delivery times

Italy: 2–3 working days from shipment.
European Union: 3–5 working days from shipment.
Extra EU and rest of the world: approximately 5–12 working days from shipment, depending on customs, destination and courier.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to causes not directly controlled by Onyou, such as public holidays, strikes, customs checks, exceptional events, weather conditions or courier delays.

Delivery, risk and non-delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, Onyou delivers products without undue delay and in any event within 30 days from conclusion of the contract.

When transport is arranged by Onyou, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with Onyou until delivery to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier.

If the parcel appears damaged upon delivery, the customer is invited, where possible, to accept it with reservation, keep the packaging and photographic evidence, and contact Onyou as soon as possible at info@on36071.it.

If the order does not arrive within the agreed deadline or within 30 days, the customer may contact Onyou for verification. In the cases provided for by law, the customer may grant an additional reasonable period and, if delivery does not take place within that period, terminate the contract and obtain a refund.

Extra EU shipments, customs duties and local taxes

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes or costs required by local authorities are borne by the recipient, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

These amounts do not depend on Onyou and may vary according to the rules of the destination country.
