A request for another product model, colour or variation is not considered a size exchange. It will normally be processed as a return of the original item followed by a separate new order. Yes. Products purchased at a discounted price remain covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, discounted products may be excluded from the voluntary free size-exchange service when this restriction is clearly communicated before purchase.

Refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after Onyou is informed of the withdrawal. Onyou may wait until the returned products have been received or until you provide evidence that they have been shipped, whichever occurs first. The refund is normally issued using the original payment method. Additional bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
