Tracking information may occasionally take several hours to update. If the tracking shows an abnormal delay, an unknown delivery location or a possible loss, contact our customer service and include your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier where appropriate.

If items from the same order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received. After notifying Onyou of the return, the products must be shipped back within the following 14 days.

The service is limited to one consolidated exchange request per order. Submitting a request does not reserve the replacement size until the exchange has been confirmed.

A request for another product model, colour or variation is not considered a size exchange. It will normally be processed as a return of the original item followed by a separate new order. Contact customer service before returning the product to check whether another operational solution is available.

Yes. Products purchased at a discounted price remain covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, discounted products may be excluded from the voluntary free size-exchange service when this restriction is clearly communicated before purchase.

Refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after Onyou is informed of the withdrawal. Onyou may wait until the returned products have been received or until you provide evidence that they have been shipped, whichever occurs first. The refund is normally issued using the original payment method. Additional bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
