• Italy: 2–3 working days — €5 (free over €100)
• Eligible EU destinations: 3–5 working days — €10 (free over €100)
• Extra-EU Europe rate destinations: approximately 5–25 working days — €19 (free over €250)
• Other international destinations: approximately 5–25 working days — €29 (free over €500)

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are available within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached. For ordinary returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. You may arrange a traceable courier yourself or request an optional Onyou prepaid return label where supported: €7 from Italy, €10 from European Union destinations and from €25 outside the European Union.

The first size exchange is free for orders with a merchandise value of €200 or more, subject to availability and the Returns Policy. Defective, incorrect or non-conforming items are handled separately and the necessary return or replacement costs are not charged to the customer.
