Yes. Products purchased at a discounted price remain covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, discounted products may be excluded from the voluntary free size-exchange service when this restriction is clearly communicated before purchase.

Onyou may wait until the returned products have been received or until you provide evidence that they have been shipped, whichever occurs first.
