🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Returns are available within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags.

For ordinary returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. You may arrange a traceable courier yourself or request an optional Onyou prepaid return label where supported: €7 from Italy, €10 from European Union destinations and from €25 outside the European Union.

The first size exchange is free for orders with a merchandise value of €200 or more, subject to availability and the Returns Policy.
